We have bought a gift card for our friend’s birthday. We were on Mauritius on holiday for 15 days. Manawa couldn’t confirm booking for more than 3 weeks! We must call the seaplane operator which told us that seaplane is grounded for maintenance and they don’t know when flight is possible.
The customer service is very disappointing. Manawa functions mainly as a polished platform listing its affiliated canyoning providers, but when there's a conflict between provider and customer, they appear to side with the provider, leaving the customer without support. I would not use Manawa again.

There was a little confusion about the start time of the activity - we thought it started at 4 so arrived 15 mins early as advised, but it didn’t start until 4.30 or closer to 5pm bc the group was waiting for 2 late comers.
